Educational Booklet: Know Your Species
The National Trust for the Cayman Islands and Blue Iguana Conservation has been participating in the United Kingdom Arts and Humanities Research Council (AHRC) and Natural Environment Research Council (NERC) research project: from Blue Iguanas to Blue Vervain.
One key output of this work has been the development of a free educational resource to distribute across the three islands to help raise awareness and knowledge of one major issue, invasive species.
This free guide is engaging for all ages to learn about our native and non-native species and how to identify the differences and guidance on what to do if you see an invasive species.
This guide was designed by Field Studies Council Publications. All illustrations are © Chris Shields 2022. The amazing artwork and colouring pages allow for an immersive educational experience for all ages using this guide.
