Public Lecture: Geology and Water: Cayman Islands Presented by Dr. Brian Jones

Ever wonder how the Cayman Islands formed? What is Caymanite? Where did the caves on the Brac come from? What is below your feet? Find out the answers to these questions and more and learn about the geology of the Cayman Islands from the foremost expert, Dr. Brian Jones, Professor Emeritus, University of Alberta, Canada, Wednesday, 8 May at the Gladys Howard Trust House. Lecture is courtesy of Water Authority Cayman and hosted by the Little Cayman District Committee of the National Trust. Doors open at 5:30 PM with the lecture starting promptly at 6 PM. Light refreshments will be served. Admission is FREE.
