Chasing Coral Screening
On 7th September 2024 the Canada and United States (CANUSA) Student Chapter of the Wildlife Disease Association is organizing a screening of the award winning documentary Chasing Coral at the Ritz-Carlton, Grand Cayman. The event is organized in collaboration with the Ambassadors of the Environment and the National Trust for the Cayman Islands.
The Chief Scientific Advisor and Principal Cast Member of the film, Dr. James Porter (https://stri.si.edu/story/superstar-scientist) will be present in person for an exclusive panel discussion after the screening where he will interact with other local experts and scientists. The public will also have the opportunity to do an open Q&A with the panel.
Thanks to sponsors Grand Cayman Distillery, a free welcoming drink will be offered to all attendees with blue iguana gin. Snacks will be available to purchase.
